No complaint, I would be happy to recommend staying here. Thank you for a really great stay at a hostel or in town. Its staff are accommodating, I loved it. The location is great, 1 km from Fernie Alpine Resort.

Convenient for on our way to Calgary. The bed did not look comfortable, but surprisingly it was!
No one on duty. Our room was without a TV remote. I wanted to watch the Olympics, so we went to the lobby that had a TV and a remote; but could not get the TV to work, so I borrowed the remote and used it in our room. Left a note in the morning about that and returned it to the lobby.

The staff was very friendly and told us all about the town of Fernie and what to see and do. Beautiful views from the Inn in all directions. It was very quiet, comfortable and clean.

Space, clean washing facilities and towels.
Bed laundry was creased and smudgy; fridge was not clean; carpet was not clean; washing machine out of order; slow computer (coin insert); building badly kept; security guard was not aware of our booking and had to phone owner; owner could not be reached by telephone on any number.

Staff (mostly the older woman) were unfriendly and did not seem to believe in customer service. We figured it was family-owned because of the poor attitude and disinterest in guests.

We enjoyed our stay quite a bit. We planned a nice ski trip and wanted place close to the mountain and this fit the bill. Great time, decent value.
Room looked a big dark and dingy. Could use a nicer tv and better insulation to the hall way.

How close it was to the hill. The hot tubs late hours
Had to wait on arrival because no one was there at front desk, all doors were all locked, we had to call security as wait outside. Rooms are very mediocre at best When I asked front desk in the morning where I could find breakfast, she was not helpful at all

Loved the location.
Bedding was not clean. Walls had stuff spilled on them. Hot tub was way too hot and not very clean.
